Do you buy each one a holiday gift?

My son is in a combined-ages preschool class (2.5-4.5 year olds). There are approximately 40 kids. They have two lead teachers and three assistants. They also have seperate foreign language and fitness teachers. I know that at times they divide up into two groups with a lead teacher in charge of each group, but he interacts with them all each day that he attends.

WWYD? TIA!

Join forces with the other parents, chip in an amount that feels good ($10-40...depends on the school and families), one person collects that money and buys gifts for all. They can choose to spend the same amount on everyone or have tiers of spending (leads get the biggest share of the pot, specialists get the smallest, for example).

Otherwise, I usually do that same concept (spend more on the leads, less on everyone else) on my own. Or, I just do something simple and small for everyone, like homemade cookies, a card and a $5 Starbucks' gc. You can always hit them at the end of the year with something bigger.

My son had 4 preschool teachers last year. We gave each of them a $10 Target gift card. None of the other parents gave Christmas presents to the teachers (high immigrant community - not used to giving teachers Christmas presents) so the $10 gift card didn't look that bad.

Yep, I do. It's getting crazy since we're at over 10 teachers at this point ...

Yep! Ds has 2 teachers and an aide and dd has 1 teacher and an aid. We will probably do $15 target gift cards for all.

Last year I did $25 for the main teacher and $15 other teacher. I will likely do the same this year or slightly less. Maybe $15/$10.

I've been thinking about this too. DD has 2 classroom teachers, then she goes to another room for music and ballet. I suggested to DH $25 GC but he insists on $50 for classroom teachers. Maybe for other teachers we'll do $25 each.

How do you make sure it reaches the correct teachers?

Hand deliver or clearly label envelopes and send them how you typically send communication.
