DD1 played with a friends's etch a sketch over the weekend and wants to buy one with her birthday money. I was ready to buy on Amazon but noticed that reviews are pretty bad on it, saying the lines don't erase well, are hard to see and disappear while drawing, and that quality is much worse than it was 20yrs ago. True? TRU has them $2 cheaper and might be easier to return to if we had a problem, though it's still a 30min drive for us (unless you can return to bru? That is much closer). Anyway, any thoughts on quality are much appreciated. Thanks!
