I ordered a silver frame for MIL from here and was happy with it, I didn't have it engraved though

I'm not sure if it's a national chain, but Things Remembered has some beautiful frames that they engrave. They actually engrave all sorts of nice gift items and have a very short turn-around time, IME.

The frame I got was from a kiosk in the mall, I don't think it was a Things Remembered store, but same idea. I wanted to get it in person and send it out quickly because of the situation :(

I have bought beautiful frames at Macy's in the past. One time I had one engraved at Things Remembered, but you might also check with a jeweler or a sports award store and see what their engraving rates are.
