what pad or bed for a dog crate?

Our dog sleeps in a crate. He needs a new crate pad. Now that he is fully house trained I'd like to get something that is longer term. What do you suggest?

I have bought one from http://www.drsfostersmith.com that we really like. I'm not sure of your crate size, therefore I can't suggest a specific one. The customer service is great though if you call them. They are very helpful.
