L.L. Bean ROCKS! I ordered my daughter's winter coat, hat, and mittens from them and put in our new address but they somehow still managed to get sent to our old address in Ks. L.L. Bean saw that I had input the new address (I had to because I used a new debit card which required the new billing address) and is not going to wait for the items to be returned before sending her cold weather gear. In fact, because they would arrive on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday and we'll be out of town they're expediting them so they'll arrive on Tuesday instead--all of this at no extra charge to me, AND they apologized!! Not only are their items well built, shipping/return policy excellent, but their customer service is fantastic!! (And my sons are still wearing their L.L. Bean coats from last year with no signs of wear and plenty of growing room for probably at least on more year).
