... what would you choose to study?

A former employer is offering significant tuition reimbursement via a grant. I have a liberal arts BA and MA, and 10 years of corporate HR experience. I am not sure which direction to go from here. MBA? Certificate? Something else entirely?

I thought a good place to start would be asking what other people would chose to do. WWYD?

I personally would jump on an MBA, but only if that's what interests you....

My company offers tuition reimbursement.

I would check with the program administrators to see what the minimum GPA and what field(s) are considered to be "work related" training.

And then I would check to see what kind of commitment I would need to make to the company in return for the reimbursement.

I'd like to get a MHA.
