EBF Question

Moms of EBF babies I have a poop question.

Initially DD's poop was the yellow seedy poop that is "normal," but recently (3 - 4 weeks) it changed over to darkish orange-brown and smelly.

On Tuesday she started coming down with a cold and then she had a couple of greenish, mucousy dipes.

Now it is back to darkish orange-brown.

What do you guys think, is this normal? Is she reacting to something I ate, or does she have an intolerance?

I just don't know what to make of this because DS never had strange poop.

FWIW, she is a very happy baby, rarely fusses or cries, but spits up a TON, pretty much after every feeding.

DS got darker poop as he got older, even before solids, and definitely smellier too. I do notice a change with stuffy noses too. Could be food intolerance but just as likely one of the other things or just different nursing patterns. How old is your baby?

She will be 13 weeks old on Monday.

My DD's poop is that color and smells like plain yogurt. At first I just noticed it had a smell, then one day I was cooking with plain yogurt and it hit me. Now it's pretty hard to get that association out of my head...

I think it's normal, or at least I havent noticed any problems with my DD.
