Mods please forgive this being in the lounge, I need a fast answer. As we are on the way to the airport.
Dolly's travel seat is a 5pt harness Cosco. We haven't used it in 6 months and I can't remember where the shoulder straps should be: Above or below the shoulders. She is forward facing.
