Amazon taking forever

I pre ordered Cinderella from Amazon (sold by amazon) in early September. The release date was October 2nd I believe- my copy has still not shipped.

Is this odd? I thought if you pre ordered you received the movie on the release date- or at least the next day.

That is odd. Mine shipped on release day. I'd contact CS.

I had the same thing happen when i pre-ordered Lego Brickmaster Friends. So, I just cancelled the first order and went ahead a placed a regular order and it came quickly. Very odd!

If you only want the DVD, not the Blu Ray or the combo pack, it won't be released until November 20. Maybe that's what you pre ordered.

Same here. We got the regular/blueray version.
