Has anyone noticed weird photos of cats screen printed onto graphic shirts for little girls? Hanna has one with a kitten peeping out from ballet shoes. I thought it looked bizarre, but whatever. Now there is one from TCP. Tell me this is not going to be trend. I find it kinda creepy. WDYT?

Dd has several shirts like that and would love to have more. I'm actually pleased to see her wear those as opposed to some of the more tween-ish shirts I find in her size. I also prefer those over some of the slogan shirts I've seen. The Kitty shirts don't seem creepy to me, but that may be because dd finds them adorable.

I think they are cute too. What's cuter than a little kitty face, I ask you :tongue5:

I don't think it's creepy but I do think it's odd that tweens dress in clothes that look a lot like what my 66 year old MOM wears. Lots of cats and flowers featured in old lady wear.

:hysterical: Never really thought of it that way...but now that you mention it.....

I find them a little creepy and old ladyish. I would not buy them, but I don't like cats.

I'm good with the grey one, but that disembodied kitty on the pink one is indeed super freaky.

:yeahthat: I have to say, I didn't realize that they made shirts like that for little girls. I usually see old ladies where sweatshirts with cats on them. So, when I see a shirt with a cat, I think of old ladies who have bad taste in clothing.
