Lite Bright

Anyone have experience with the newer LED version of this? Reviews aren't very good for it because they say it lights the picture unevenly.

Should I get a "vintage" lite bright from ebay (the oldie but goodie)? Should I just go with a newer one since she doesn't really know any different (she will be 7 in march).

Are there better alternatives out there??

No advice but just had to say this has been on MY Christmas list the past few years and Santa keeps forgetting it! :)

I would go vintage personally as long as it's not cost-prohibitive.

I have seen the LED lite brite, and it sucks comparatively. I would try for vintage.
