Help- anyone seen a clock with picture frames

At a b&m score? I have been to several stores & haven't seen it. It is the only thing my mom asked for her birthday, which is Thursday. Help please!

I am pretty sure I have seen them at Hallmark/Crown House of Gifts, but I don't know if they still have them.
