Desperately looking for a Magnatiles deal for DS. Any ideas where to get one online?

Thank you,
Jennifer

I'm also ISO a good deal on Magnatiles or Magformers. We don't have a Lakeshore Learning so that deal is out.

I'll be watching this thread closely.

I don't have any stores with in 100 miles. So online is the only way.

Do we have to have a coupon code for the 20% off? I don't see it on the website.

Thanks

what is the Lakeshore learning deal?

There's a printable coupon floating around with $30 off $100. I really wish we had a local store.

As far as I know everything in learning express is on sale. No coupon. Sale items excluded.

I'm a teacher, so I'm not actually sure if anyone can order from this site, but I kind of think so. Magnatiles - the 100pc solid opaque set - is $91.87, and includes free shipping. http://store.schoolspecialty.com/OA_HTML/xxssi_ibeSearchResults.jsp?type=search&minisite=10046&query=magnatiles

The 32 piece clear set is $40.87. http://store.schoolspecialty.com/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpItmDspRte.jsp?minisite=10046&item=458799

I had planned to buy the 100pc clear set from them, and then it went out of stock and hasn't come back. The 32 piece clear still seems like a lot better price than other places (maybe get two?).

For those who want to get the magna tiles from Lakeshore, at least for me, I signed up for their web sit mailing list, and I "won" a coupon that gave me $15 off a $75 purchase or $10 off a $50 purchase for purchases online or in-store. Free shipping for online orders over $59.

I tried this, but the site wouldn't allow me to use both free shipping and coupon. :(. I ended up using the free shipping bc it was more than the $15 off.

I went to Learning Express today and asked about the extra 10% off on Friday and was told that the 20% off everything today is as good as it will get. So I bought them and will rebuy Friday if it is an additional 10%. They are $119.99 there so I was at $103.xx after tax.

I bought mine in late November, early December from Discount School Supplies. They had either a twenty percent off or a twenty dollar off coupon that I used and I think I paid somewhere around $90 for the 100 piece.

You definitely want the 100 piece to start with. We later added a 32 piece set, but the 100 was fine for both my children to play with together. This isn't a high impact under the tree toy, but three years later, we still have them, they still get used, and I can't think of another toy, including the wii, that my kids played with more over those years. So even if you wind up getting just a small discount or no discount at all, you will get more than your money's worth from this toy.

My Learning Express was 30% between midnight and 6am. I didn't see the big set though, only the 32 piece and 48 piece DX sets.

The 30% off Lakeshore q today is great! Is there any way to get FS though? I don't know if I have time to trek out to the store today.

Nevermind. I just realized it's an online only coupon.

I just asked the same question in the KidFun forum. I want to buy magnatiles and thought I hit the jackpot with Lakeshore Learning until I saw that shipping was costing like $23.

Yup, that's always the problem with Lakeshore. They only allow once code at a time so its very rare to get a good price AND free shipping.
