Quick...can I do stuffing in a cake pan?

I don't have another baking dish big enough, can I put the stuffing (dressing I suppose as not in the bird) in a 9x13 non-stick cake pan to cook?

Yep! If its no a huge amt you could even do an 8x8.

I think it should be fine, although you might need to cook it longer. Keep an eye on the top and cover it if it's getting overcooked.

I think just about any pan will work, so long as its not too shallow. We do ours in loaf pans so we can fit them in with the turkey.
