I just wanted to mention that I bought one of the basic kits and compared it to the snap circuits kit I have and they look the same. Both the Discovery Kids version & the Snap Circuits version have the same patent # on them so I'm assuming the DK is SC rebranded.

Ds2 is 6.5 and loves SnapCircuits. He's been playing with Ds1's sets for the past year and can do everything on his own now. The Rover was high on his list this year!!

Frustrating! I got what I ordered - the rover. It was in a GIANT box though - DH thought I bought an appliance.

My order was missing 7 items, and had one extra, duplicate item. They are sending me a few of the missing ones, however the others won't be in, in time for Xmas. The extra item was less than $2 and they are letting me keep it. :)
