Looks like it to me! I got a Rody Max off Amazon last yr around this time for the same price- mine is red ( but the orange one was more expensive). I'd read and see if it is made in Italy......if it's thru Amazon, I'd pull the trigger. DD was almost 4 and still bounces on it a lot!! Definitely worth it
