How do you get this???

Sometimes when I'm shopping on Amazon as I go to check out it gives me the option of choosing the slower standard shipping instead of Prime 2-day and if I do I get something free like $1 off MP3s or in the case $1 off movies. You have to be sure to check out slowly, last time I ordered I was in a hurry and missed my chance to select it. I have no idea what prompts the offer though.
