There is a small item that I want (TRU exclusive) but I definitely dont want to pay shipping. Just wondering if they ever offer free shipping on all orders.

I don't know about Monday but if it is a Shop Runner eligible item you could sign up for a 30 day free trial and get it shipped free that way. The item has to have the Shop Runner symbol on it to qualify.
