ISO Deal on iTouch and 101 Education needed

I am clueless! What do I need to get for my 9 year old? Any accessories or just they need iTunes with it?

You need a case or cover of some kind. I also like my Zagg screen protector, I prefer it over using the glass itself. A lot of cases come with their own screen protector, though. I also recommend a 6 ft. USB cord if you can find one, and a way to plug the USB into the wall so you don't have to dock it at the computer for charging (I use a Belkin mini USB charger (http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-Mini-Surge-Protector-Charger/dp/B0015DYMVO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1353944957&sr=8-1&keywords=belkin+USB+charger)). An iTunes gift card would be a good add-on gift.
