I don't have experience with JCP, but Old Navy quality is crap compared to Lands End. Walmart and Target uniforms are better than ON. I really like the LE though, I've been washing the navy polos once or twice a week since August and they aren't faded at all.

I've heard LE will be doing 40% with free ship close to Christmas, but no guarantees on that.

We don't need uniforms for school so I am no expert! These have good reviews...come in boys and toddler sizes. Target polos are just okay...we have bought a few cherokee ones on clearance for $2-$3. They don't wear that great. Probably a little better than the old navy ones we have had. I buy polos here and there even though we don't need them for school. They are good when you want to look nicer than a just a t shirt. I haven't bought Children's place polos in a couple years, but, they used to wear pretty good.
