Is this a good price for lego friends? Thinking about stocking up for birthdays next year. Do you think price will go lower in december?

I ordered it. Works out to about 25% off I think. The invoice breaks it down as $50.00 for the house and $29.99 for the vet clinic. I was happy. Could not find a better deal anywhere.

Yes! I meant to post this the other day, but got sidetracked.

In July we couldn't even find Olivia's house - it was sold out everywhere! To find it discounted 4 months later is great. The vet is really cute too.

I think this is a great deal! I'm going to order it. In a quick online search, the lowest price I found on Olivia's House is $59 + shipping and $29 for the Vet, so $88+. TRU had LEGO sets Buy One, Get One 50% off Tues and Wed and their prices wouldn't even come close to this deal.

ETA: If you go through Ebates, it's 4% cash back
