and this one has free apps nearly every day. They review the apps so you can tell what you are getting and whether it is worth it.

they also have a "top 100 free apps" for each age group.

I "like" them on Facebook and subscribe to their email list because sometimes an app goes free for just an hour.

they have a lot of apps for special needs too.

I use appshopper. I create a wishlist of apps and it tracks the prices and can notify you of price drops. You can also search by free apps or apps with price drops.
