I see the PBK Anywhere Chair is $119 on deal of the day plus free personalization. Is this a good deal? I'm thinking of getting one as a gift for someone....thanks.

I'm wondering the same thing too. They had it the same price on Black Friday.

Is there free shipping?

I really like the lands end kids chair - it has enough space for me to sit, and is pretty similar to the pottery barn one IMO. With the 40% off coupon they have today, it would be a great deal.

Note you have to order 2 items - the cover and the insert, so perhaps 2 separate orders to get the 40% off on both

We have this chair and are very happy with it. I remember ordering it last year just as PP suggested, with 2 separate orders using a 40% code for each.

Isn't the price of the landsend almost the same as the pottery barn even with the 40% discount? Plus it's only free shipping if the order is $50 so if purchased separately it doesn't qualify for free shipping.

:yeahthat: there is a code trick you can use and I got ours for around $100

I just priced it out with two separate orders and one order, it's cheaper to pay shipping which was $5.95. It comes out to about $74.00, not including ebates.

It depends on which chair you're looking at. The two we own both run $99 regularly. I used a 20 percent off code on top of that.

I bought two on Black Friday with the same deal ($20 off). I had a 10% off coupon on top of that. I had been looking for a while, and it seems the only time there is a better deal is when they are on clearance and its only certain fabrics. And just FYI, when PBK offers free shipping, it "excludes furniture" in the fine print, and they consider the chairs furniture, so I've never figured a way around the high shipping charges.

Thanks for the info, all.

For those of you who already have chairs, where do you keep them? Do they stay in your kids' rooms? Or in the family room? Or get toted around? Do the kids use them for TV watching, or more for a reading nook? I think they're adorable, but wondering if they're worth the extra floor space in our house. I'm not sure where we'd put them.

Thanks!
