thoughts on Kohl's AG-type 18 inch doll?

I ordered this for 18.99 with the Black Friday deal. It arrived looking like a hot mess -- hair all over the place, just doesn't look nice at all. Wondering if this is because it was shipped. Any experience out there? Would it be better to try to return and exchange in store? TIA!

If it's already a hot mess now after being shipped, I imagine it will be worse after being handled and played with by a child. I would return it. But since Kohls has a great return policy, you could always see how it goes, play with it, and return it later if it doesn't meet your expectations.
