What's everyone making for Hanukkah?

I usually do some sort of salad or veggies, since the latkes are so heavy/greasy...

Yep, latkes pretty much are our main entree...with some broccoli on the side!

I do latkes and a brisket the first night. No lightening it up around here ;) we are having friends over so might even do sufganiyot for dessert!
