Baby friendly spice or herb?

For roasting with carrots and olive oil? Mopey is 8 months old and still a veg with minimal fruit.....No allergies or dislikes so far!

I do carrots in coconut oil with nutmeg.

You could also try TJ's Seasoning salute.

Cinnamon would work, as would ginger or nutmeg - your standard "cookie spices" will bring out the carrots' sweetness.

Tarragon also pairs nicely with carrots, but I'd add it after roasting.

I ended up using nutmeg - but there are no leftovers for her!! Will make more tonight I think.
