Best Place to Buy Light Strings

I need a couple simple strings of white lights. Anyone know where is best/cheapest? I can easily get to Target, $5 Below, Big Lots. Also I could print a coupon for Michael's or Joann's. I just don't want to drive around randomly looking for best deal. I should have remembered this last year after xmas! Thank you!

Walmart or CVS. Walmart is usually sold out and tons of people clearing the shelves, but I notice CVS sometims has great deals (buy 1 get 1 free) with good supply.

I would get them ASAP. Last year, I had the hardest time finding them, and ended up paying way too much b/c I could only find them at one place.

Avoid Big Lots, if possible. Every strand I bought there (and there were a lot of them) went out within a year.
