Do your girls like Hexbugs?

I need to get a small present for several of DS1's friends (children of my friends), and I was thinking of getting each of them a hexbug nano. There are 2 girls and 3 boys that I would be buying for. I don't like the whole gendered gift thing, but do you think the girls would like them? One of them is a pretty girly girl.

My 4 yo DD loves her hexbug. Takes it everywhere and has even named it! I think it's a great gift!

My DD does, but she's 2 and thinks it's a train, so it's automatically fascinating.

Honestly, I'd have loved them when I was in grammar school, but I also asked for model kits & building toys.
