Am I the last to hear about these diamond candles (http://www.diamondcandles.com/)? A friend just posted a photo of the ring that she got out of her candle (the "diamond" was set upside down in it) so I had to check them out. I would have loved this when I was little! They're $30 shipped on the actual website though! :(

I did find them for 3/$50 shipped on sneekpeeq if you're a new customer and gather up some badges ($10 off first purchase, $5 off each item, free shipping over $50). I'd never even heard of that site though. After spending some time there, I'm just annoyed with it and don't want to buy 3 anyway.

If anyone runs into cheaper places to purchase just one then let me know. I do think that my niece would like it (although I suspect she'd dig the ring out before the candle actually burned down).

They've popped up on Plum District before. You can keep an eye out over there.

:yeahthat:
I don't remember what the deal price was, just that it was still more than I need to spend on a candle when I have several in the cabinet that I never light....

The rings are supposively worth up to 5K
