I just (as in arrived this morning) got a suitcase I ordered with a coupon last week that included FS). They have a new coupon today (also with FS) that makes it $30 cheaper, so obviously I'd like a price adjustment since I could send it back & reorder for $6. Anyone had luck getting a straight adjustment or do I need to reorder & return? Is live chat or a phone call more useful? I rarely bother with price adjustments but I will for $30!
