Need winter coat help/boden rainyday mac

I am always so picky when it comes to winter coats. I need one that is thigh length but not to heavy. I have a lands end down coat that I rarely wear because I get so warm. I live in Ohio and we have cold winters but I am rarely outside. Just from car to stores and back. How is the boden rainyday Mac? Anyone have it? It says it has a fleece lining. Right now I wear an old lands end fleece type pea coat and I get so warm in it with a sweater. I could really use some help if you all have any suggestions.

The rainy day Mac may work for you. It's not overly warm though, but that seems like what you are looking for. Another option would be a quilted jacket.

I agree. I have the rainy day Mac, and do not find it overly warm. It may be what you are looking for, but it may not be warm enough.

I wear my raindymac a ton with heavier sweaters on weekends when running errands. It may be just the ticket for you!
