Best deals on gift bags?

I need to stock up on lots of little gift bags for teacher gifts. Is there anywhere with a good deal to stock up?

Any ideas for gift bags for REALLY LARGE STUFF?

I've got a "pillow chum" in a black garbage trash bag in the gift closet right now. And I can't close the trash bag its so big!

Not cloth but I know that AC Moore has big plastic holiday bags. I found them hanging near the gift wrap. They were $1 each and had a few styles.

Costco is selling a box with a variety of bags, several sizes. Ends up being pretty cheap for each bag.
