May be TMI, but trying to keep calm... Thinking this is a run of the mill bug, as colleagues had similar, but reported it was shorter duration- On day one, I had diarrhea, and no appetite (also, coincidentally, was my birthday :( ) ate a little, anyway, and main complaint by end of day was pain in center of abdomen, that pain has remained, with a bloaty feeling. It seems somewhat gassy, but not enough to really think it is 100% gas. I did get hit in the same area on day 1 at work by a horizontal bar on someone's wheelchair, so it could be an overlapping issue, today is day 4, and i still feel some discomfort, though it is resolving very slowly.
I still have minimal appetite, and diarrhea stopped after day 1, with very little output since then, except urine. WWYD??
