From what I've seen in the store, it is essentially the same thing. Different theme, same size / quality / style.

We have the house and a neighbor has the farm. The kids seem to like both. My neighbor slightly prefers the house for sounds and house role playing but both are nice. I'd jump on the $39 deal for the farm!

We have the farm. It's really cute and DD still plays with it from time to time, she's 2. She likes to turn the dial on the radio and hear the music. I bought it over the house because the price was so much better and we never missed not having it.
