Playmobil Mansion

DD just brought me the Playmobil catalog and told me she wants the Playmobil mansion. DS never played with the Playmobil stuff I got him but DD would totally play with this I'm sure. My mom has wanted to get her a "big present" for Christmas and this would be great. She could get furniture for birthdays etc. I'm wondering what is the best place to order it. I need to get on it ASAP because is isn't available from Amazon Prime. Playmobil's site has it for about $155 which seems to be the going rate, is there some place that would be better or any codes?

Another question:
If I want to add a floor or the electric light kit do I have to do it from the start or can these be added later without problems?

Thanks for the links. Does anyone know if I can add the lighting or extra floor later? I just ordered the house and 1 room for now, I would love to add those in the future if it turns out to be as big a hit as I think it will be.
