A great recipe for gingerbread?

I've never made it before and would love to find a really good recipe.

For cookies I love King Arthur Flour. They have the traditional and light spice cookies which are amazing. Tons of recipes on their website.

I make lebkuchen instead.

The recipe is fairly complicated, though, so if you're short on time you may not want it. It takes 2 days to make because you need to let the dough rest for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

But, without it, it just doesn't smell like Christmas in my house!
