I was eating the taco casserole I made when it started tasting moldy. Sure enough, one of my layers of tortillas was moldy. I don't know how I missed that when assembling it. Everything came in contact and it tastes bad. :(. Brown rice, bell peppers, corn, grass fed beef, Frontera taco sauce, cheese and the darned corn tortillas. So, it wasn't fancy and I got most stuff from my freezer but it really was yummy! Eta- luckily I was the only one who ate it.
