Small gifts for twin 5 month old girls?

A good friend has twin 5 month old girls and I would like to send them something small for Christmas. She also has an older DD (who I already a gift for) so they already have a lot of baby girl stuff.

Any fun ideas that they might not have or could use more of?

The mozart music cube is really cute. It is $14, which is an excellent price, but it might be more than you want to spend.
