Any recommendations for Ipad or Kindle apps to improve reading comprehension?

I don't know any apps, but I think te best thing is to talk about anything your child reads. So read a short story together and ask probing questions. Or have them retell it to a sibling or parent.

Good question. It is one of ds1's areas that needs improvement. Sometimes we parallel read books. We each read a chapter then talk. An app would be fun.
