Mommy & Baby Dolls - Barbie?

Fiona (4) is asking for a Barbie doll that comes with a baby. She doesn't have a lot of Barbies, just one or two hand-me-downs, as well as Tiana and Rapunzel Barbie-type dolls. But she's always pretending they're having babies.

Any suggestions on a good Barbie set, or even better - an alternative?
