We will be in Mexico in a few weeks. I always leave my daily tip on the bathroom counter. I'd like to write a little note to go with it each day, in Spanish. How do I say something like this in Spanish? Gracias.

For our housekeeper. Thank you very much.

TIA

Do you know her name, or is it a cleaning crew/different person each time?

If you know her name, I'd address it to her, otherwise something like "Para la limpiadora, muchas gracias y feliz Navidad!"

ETA: Just realized this is probably for the cleaning person at a hotel, right? Then "para la camarera, muchas gracias"

Thanks. It's at a resort. We travel there every year, and get various people throughout the week, males and females, if it matters.

Oh, and it will be after Christmas. How do you say Happy New Year? TIA.

Próspero Año Nuevo

Which technically means have a prosperous new year. Feliz Año Nuevo can also be appropriate which means happy new year.
