How can I keep 18 month old dd healthy?

My poor dd :(. Since Halloween, she has had pneumonia and an ei (dx same day), a virus causing a high fever for 4 days, a cold, a double ei, and now another cold with a fever. We are flying on Sunday and I would love to help,clear up her congestion. Plus, she is having so much trouble sleeping tonight due to her dry cough.

What can I do to make her feel better now and help her stay more healthy through the winter?
