DS #2 is here!

DS #2 arrived last Monday, the day he was due! 9 Lbs 21 inches. While labor was not fun while it lasted He was out in 15 minutes! Ds #1 is so excited.
Breast feeding has been challenging with latch issues which has had me missing in action the past week. Will be seeing LC today. I feel more hopeful and better informed this time round thanks to hanging out with you guys.Incidentally, I Have a third degree tear this time around as well. I just hope that healing isn't complicated and needing delayed surgery like last time.

I had a 2.5 degree tear, according to my midwife. It healed easily on its own. Good luck on recovery and breastfeeding!

Thanks so much!Did see the LC and it infused hope in me. She has me on a nipple shield. Bummed out though after I found out that at Day 10, DC has lost a little over 10 lbs. Really need your advice - posting on kid food about us... TIA!

Thanks! He's finally gaining weight after the scare we had last week. Yet to get to birth wt though...
