Favorite (affordable) dollhouse

My daughter is almost 3 years old and I'm looking for a good first dollhouse. This one is affordable on amazon for ~$35 Fisher-Price Little People Disney Princess Songs Palace. Should I jump on the deal or get one she can grow in to?

Loving Family. My 6.5 yo has been playing with it all afternoon (she's sick at home) and my 3.5 yo steps in and plays when she walks away.

I wouldn't go with the Little People one for a 3 year old, as I think it is more for the set closer to 2. I got my 2.5 year old DD1 the Loving Family dollhouse as her Santa present this year. It gets fantastic reviews and you can get it for pretty cheap if you look. I spent $55 on a gold box deal, but I think I saw it as low as $40 at one point.

Got my almost 3 yr old a loving family home for the holidays house for christmas. Think she's going to love it!

One thing to consider about this one vs the other loving family doll houses (grand doll house or dream house versions)...this one comes fully furnished, where as , unless you are buying a mega set, you have to furnish the other ones at $10-$20 a room.

This particular model consistently gets 5 star reviews. Toys r us has 46 5 star reviews for it. They have it on sale for $150.

I personally loved that it came assembled. I just had to put some stickers on it. And I like that it folds up so you can put it away if need be.

DD adores her FP Loving Family Dollhouse! She got it for Christmas at age 3.5 and still plays with it daily at age 6.5
