Growing up, my mom always had a HUGE box full of metal tins (think Dansk cookies type tins) but over the years they rusted.

We just completed our annual cookie baking and i'm scrounging for containers plus everything I've found size wise doesn't stack well!

I need something else for next year so i have a year to spread it out :-)

I'm thinking 6-8 of the same type of container, something to hold a typical doubled cookie recipe.

Prefer something a little better than your typical gladware cuz that's what I've resorted to using now.

The Container Store has some great options. I use square metal tins.

I went to TCS tonight and bought 2 of the Rectangular Klip It containers (7.4 qt. Klip-It® Rectangle 7 ltr). I'll start with those and increase from there!

I use Pyrex containers with plastic lids. Any other plastic containers always retain smells, so I try to stick with Pyrex.
