4 month old DD is loving her Baby Einstein Sea Dreams Soother. She also got the exersaucer, but I don't know how she likes it, because she's not ready yet.

The Mozart music cube was a HUGE HIT for DD (9 months tomorrow). She also liked a Very Hungry Caterpillar stuffed animal with cloth "book" attached, and a new Munchkin teether.

Ignored: Calin baby doll, fabric Noah's Ark.

She also got a Haba Walker Wagon with NO HARDWARE to attach the handle!!! This was a big disappointment to us!

She loved the magnatiles DS ignored.

DD is 20 months old and the huge hit here was the play kitchen! She LOVED it! :yay:

PBK tea kettle (LOVED this thing!! She even took off the lid and stuck it under the faucet to "fill" it with water!! :ROTFLMAO:) and toaster: http://www.potterybarnkids.com/products/silver-tea-kettle-and-toaster/

Her kitchen paired really well with the doll high chair I bought from Target: http://www.target.com/p/our-generation-let-s-hang-clip-on-chair-pink/-/A-14120905

She was totally enthralled in cooking and feeding her babies this morning!! :D It brought us such great joy to see her so busy exploring her new kitchen. :heartbeat:

I don't really think there were any misses, but essentially everything else got ignored for the shiny new kitchen, lol.

Oh my goodness I see how things quickly get out of hand when multiple relatives get presents for your kids! I think the total toy count in our house more than doubled yesterday. However, DD is having lots of fun with....

FP Laugh and Learn Kitchen - so fun to watch her realize that when she hits parts of it, *she* is causing the sound to start...and then try again, and again, and again....she loves the little pieces that come with it, too.

Leapfrog Learn and Groove Table - we forgot batteries, and she still played with it repeatedly yesterday -- loved to be able to stand by herself and whack on it! Today we put in the batteries and I was amazed how long she spent there...made her way around to all 4 sides (by herself!) even!

M&D Chomp and Clack Push Toy - we got this for her thinking it would be awhile before she could actually use it....but she was pushing herself around yesterday with a huge grin on her face! She also likes to sit at the base and play with the spinning beads on it.

Miss:
Tupperware Shape sorter - doesn't seem too into it yet at all, and somehow keeps hurting her hand on it when she tries to play with it. We'll probably store this away for awhile and then try again.

Biggest hit of all:
Box o' junk - yes, you read that right. For the past few weeks, we have been setting aside any child-safe or almost child-safe trash and junk (i.e. - tissue paper from packing, empty raisin container, ribbon with a cardboard tag, empty box of chocolates, etc.) We put it all in a big cardboard box, and gave it to DD. She *loved* it! She methodically pulled out each and every thing, inspected it, shook it, and moved on. When she got to the end, she crawled in the box to make sure there wasn't anything else, then spent the next long while happily sitting in her pile of trash and playing. When she was finished, we re-packed the box and set it aside, and she was delighted to re-find it later that evening and do it all over again!

Hits:
DS1 (20 months) loved his Fischer Price Little People Farm Animals and the Little People® Wheelies™ Loops ’n Swoops Amusement Park™ (http://www.fisher-price.com/en_US/brands/littlepeople/products/66813). We gave it to him a few weeks ago but his PBK Anywhere chair gets used a lot too.
Unexpectedly, the Step2 Easel with magnetic letters (http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3170205&CAWELAID=202777374&pla=plat&cagpspn=pla) has been a huge hit already too, I thought it would be another year or two before he really used it but he's played with it a lot already (just the magnetic part for now.)

FP Laugh & Learn Mail Box (actually all of the kids have been playing with this)
My Pal Scout

Those are the only toys I have taken out of the box since we aren't home, so I don't know how the other toys will fair. Too much stuff!

FP Laugh and Learn Kitchen

Leapfrog Learn and Groove Table -

These were big hits last year for DS1 and I gotta say, lasted pretty well through the whole year. The kitchen we left at my parents but he still plays with that and always has...loves it when someone puts their hand in the oven and makes it pop out at him when he opens the oven door. The songs get annoying fast, really glad that's a 'grandparents' house' toy.

I got the shape sorter out around 15-18 months and that was a good age for it, I was impressed how much he could do, and that's when the dumping phase really starts to get fun.

My DS is almost 18 months and his FAVORITE is the step 2 coaster. Suggested age is 2+. He wouldn't get off the thing tonight and was fighting his sisters for a turn!

DS received this from his grandparents. For some reason he calls it his airplane steering wheel, I suppose it does kind of look like a cockpit. Anyhow, "airplane steering wheel" was the last thing he said to me Xmas night and the first the next morning, massive toy success!

If my sister's FB posts are to be believed, my nephew (3 months) loves the Disney Babies Sing Along Train that we got him ... as a bonus, his big brother (3 yrs old) likes it, too.
