The best way to research this is not as "adoption" since that's not what it is (although certain religious organizations call it that), it's donation - have her research donor embryo or embryo donation and she should get a lot of information. Also, certain of the big IVF clinics have donor embryo programs. She can also check out the Miracles Waiting site http://www.miracleswaiting.org/ and the PVED boards (Parents Via Egg Donation, but some folks there do donor embryo too) http://www.pved.org/.
