Okay, curiosity has gotten the best of me...

I was searching through old threads looking for sale info on something from last year, and I came across the post I wanted. The OP was someone I recognized, but next to the name it said "banned."

I'm just curious to know generally what kind of thing gets someone banned from here...mostly so I can make sure I never do it! I looked through the stickies to see if I could find something and mostly what I saw had to do with not posting ads or commission-based offers. Maybe that was it?

I wouldn't worry about it unless you have something to worry about. The mods are good about warning people if they are breaking rules. I think generally posters can be suspended after being warned but you kind of have to work at it to get banned. If it's your intention to be a good community member that follows the rules of the board you shouldn't have any issues.
