Pls share with me your bed bugs experience

DS has been getting these itchy bites at night....on his body....can't figure out why...just washed his sheets and pillow cases.....can't see any bed bugs infestation around his mattress and box spring. Please share with me your experience with bed bugs. I'd appreciate it.
