B12 Patch?

Anyone used this (http://www.amazon.com/Vie-Patch-Patches-Sluggish-Natural/dp/B00575B9EE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1357325928&sr=8-3&keywords=b12+patch) or something similar before? I'm having trouble w/ energy and an overall run down feeling. Partly due to trying to kick my coffee habit. I used to take a sublingual B12 (http://www.amazon.com/Source-Naturals-B-12-2000mcg-Tablets/dp/B001GCTVK6/ref=sr_1_15?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1357326083&sr=1-15&keywords=sublingual+b12), which worked well in the past, but it seemed to lose it's effectiveness over time.

I haven't tried either. I have a digestive disease, so I don't absorb it when it is taken orally. I am curious about the patch. A few years ago there was rave review about the nasal spray. A prescription is required. I didn't do well on it. I take injections.
